The filter medium for our Disc Filters is composed of multi-layer sintered wire cloth and premium stainless steel weaving wire.Our wire cloth offers a filtration rating range from an impressive 5 microns up to 200 microns, with diameters spanning from 10mm to a substantial 3000mm. Disc filters
utilizing this multilayer sintered wire cloth boast exceptional strength, precise filtration ratings, and an extended lifespan, all while allowing for easy, repeated cleaning.
Material:
1. SS woven wire cloth, available in SS 304, SS 304 L, SS 316, and SS 316 L.
2. SS sintered web, phosphate bronze/brass wire cloth, Black wire cloth, and more.
3. Shape Options: round, rectangular, toroidal, square, oval, and other custom shapes.
4. Mesh Sizes: ranging from 12, 20, 30, 40, 50, 55, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 200, 300, 400, and beyond.
